My first experience of hydrofoil surfing in Amami!! For two people, the cost is 26,000 yen (13,000 yen per person). For one person, the cost is 19,000 yen. Hydrofoil surfing is a new sport performed using a special device that floats on the water's surface. It can be considered an evolution of surfing. In this sport, surfers glide through the water using a hydrofoil, a wing attached to the bottom of their board. Hydrofoils reduce water resistance, allowing them to glide at high speeds, resulting in an incredibly smooth experience. Hydrofoil surfing can be enjoyed even on calm lakes and rivers, and is gaining attention as a new water sport. Our company initially teaches hydrofoils by towing them with a jet ski in calm waters near a harbor. The instructor will be Kazbo rider Fukuda Kapono, the All Japan Wingfoil Slalom Champion.
SUP Snorkeling Enjoy SUP and snorkeling at the same time!
After receiving a lecture on SUP, you will experience SUP. After that, you will go cruising around looking for sea turtles. When you find a sea turtle, the instructor will give you a snorkeling set, which you will put on on the board and then enter the water. The instructor will carefully check the turtle's location, so you can swim to it while pulling the board and observe it there. You are not allowed to touch the turtles. No touching please. We are just intruding on their living space, so let's observe!
